The Founder's Journey

The story of La Marca dates back to May 5th, 2017, in Italy. After completing their last day as interns at the Tod's footwear design studio in Milan, La Marca's Founder Arun Narayanan and his Italian friend Paulo, were waiting for their train at the Milan metro station. It was at this moment that the idea of starting a brand named“THE BRAND”popped into our Founder’s mind, envisioning a line of handcrafted men’s footwear that adhered to high quality and making standards. Paulo instantly suggested“LA MARCA,”which is the Italian translation for “THE BRAND.” This spontaneous conversation marked the birth of what would become La Marca.

La Marca is dedicated to bringing premium men’s footwear designed to match everyday lifestyles.
