Coverage:

  2. Dog/Animal bite 
  3. Tearing of sole due to heat 
  4. Pipeline broken 
  5. Toe part damage 
  6. Burnt by bike silencers

Exclusions is not considerable for product replacement and refund 
Exclusions:

  1. All other kind of damage other than the coverage  stated above
  2. Manufacturing defects.
  3. Wear and tear
  4. Normal liquid damage including water/oil spillage
  5. Any online sales delivery defect /damage is not covered.
  6. Any discolouration, damage while purchase of item is not covered.
  7. Any manufacturer’s defect/damage is not covered.
  8. Loss, such as lost, forgotten/misplaced/left unattended
  9. Malicious Damage
  10. Loss due to Intentional act or wilful neglect.
  11. Any cut without any accidental impact is not covered.
  12. Theft is not covered.
  13. Any damage to shoe unless torn while it is worn by insured.
  14. Loss due to pollution
  15. Damage caused by any process of cleaning, dyeing or bleaching, restoring, repairing or renovation or deterioration arising from wear and tear, moths, insects, vermin, mildew, inherent defect or any other gradually operating cause.
  16. Loss to any property whatsoever or any expenses whatsoever resulting or arising there from or any consequential loss.
  17. Any legal liability of whatsoever   nature;
  18. Directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from ionising radiation or contamination by radio activity from any source whatsoever

How to Claim 
Step 1: Mail us your original Invoice, order date, order name and image of damaged product.
Step 2: LM Team will examine and validate your claim, If appropriate or not.
Step 3: After validation process claim form and declaration form will be mailed from LM Team. 
Step 4: Revert us with duly filled and signed claim form and declaration form.
